What the project is
Ghor Bari is a property marketplace designed for rental and sale workflows. It helps seekers discover properties, communicate with owners, negotiate or apply, and build trust through verification and admin oversight.

Why it was built
The project was built around a real marketplace problem: property discovery is not just search. Users need trust signals, location-aware filtering, communication, moderation, and a clear path from interest to agreement.
